BridgingApps Reviewed App | Question Sleuth

BridgingApps just published the following BridgingApps Reviewed App on the site:

Question Sleuth is an educational app that is designed to help children learn to ask questions. Picture tokens are scattered around the screen and one player hides a star behind a token. The other players have to ask questions to eliminate the tokens and find the star. Tokens are presented in categories and the categories can be added to or deleted from play.

The types of questions that should be asked can be determined ahead of time by an adult. For example, “What is it?”, “What can it do?” , parts of a whole, or specific questions forms. The app has 10 categories to use in play, however more categories can be added using the camera, library or web searches.

This app could be a great teaching tool for children who have difficulty generating questions within a conversation, such as those with language delays or autism.
